The Opportunity

A meaningful share of casino revenue comes from unrated guests who bypass loyalty enrollment, so traditional levers like direct mail and Free Play fall flat. Meanwhile the visual line between Talking Stick’s 4-Diamond calm and Casino Arizona’s high‑energy floor was blurring.

The Strategy

We introduced Contextual Zoning, targeting content to a guest’s mindset and location (gaming floor vs. entertainment vs. transitional walkways), and built the conceptual platform “Say Yes to More” as a natural extension of Uniquely Arizona and Life. Well Played.
