Creative Director and Brand Strategist who's spent the last decade inside the lifestyle, gaming, resort, hospitality, and entertainment industries — not advising from the outside, but building from within.

The Short Version

I started in design. I stayed for strategy.

With a background in performing arts and a career spanning creative direction, branding, and design strategy, I specialize in work that connects emotionally, visually, and culturally. From high-visibility campaigns to internal cultural brands, I build experiences that move.

That feedback loop — from brief to execution to measurable result — is what turned me from a designer into a creative director. I stopped asking “does this look right?” and started asking “does this work?”

Over 7+ years, I've led creative for Talking Stick Resort and Casino Arizona — two properties operated by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. I've built brand architecture that protects a 4-Diamond rating. I've launched loyalty programs, directed Super Bowl campaigns, reimagined Halloween events, and created internal brands rooted in tribal heritage. I've partnered with Live Nation, iHeart Radio, and the Arizona Diamondbacks on multi-season sponsorship activations.

I've also managed the less glamorous reality of in-house creative: the 4pm Friday request, the 30-foot LED wall that needs content by Monday, the exec who wants “something like what Vegas does.” I know how to protect the brand and hit the deadline. Both matter.

I love a beautiful hero image as much as anyone — but I'm always thinking about how it connects to the signage, the email, the key card, and the guest experience. Strategy and design happen together.
